Marc teams with songwriter Heather Edwards for a not-to-miss one hour musical set of their respective songs. With more than 100 recordings between them, Marc and Heather pull out some of their favorites in this first time ever event to share with the audience at Gizzi’s Cafe in Greenwich Village. Join them for music, stories, comedy and more along with more performers from 7-10PM. No cover, no drink minimum.

Marc Joins Cast of 1940s Radio Recreation for Rare Scripts of “The Shadow”

Marc joins WWOW Radio—a 1940-s style realistic radio drama recreation production in Manhattan, in June – Two episodes of “The Shadow”. The show will perform two original scripts of “The Shadow” from the 40’s for which no recordings are known to exist! The Saturday June 4th shows at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. are reserved full. Marc performs stand-up at Broadway Comedy Club in NYC April 30th 7PM

Marc saddles back up to stand-up comedy for the first time in years by performing a five minute set as part of an Industry Comedy Showcase at the Broadway Comedy Club in Manhattan on Saturday, April 30th at 7PM.

Short Film Starring Marc Wins Competition

“Love Rules,” a musical film in which Marc stars, won first place in the “mini-musical” short film competition for the The 360 | 365 George Eastman House Film Festival. Marc also wrote the music for, musical directed, and co-executive produced the film, which was co-executive produced, written and directed by Beth Bailey.

The festival, the oldest US Film Festival to feature a continuing short film program, takes place in Rochester, NY–the birthplace of motion picture film, and is co-sponsered by Eastman Kodak. The 360 | 365 George Eastman House Film Festival takes to Rochester screens April 27-May 2, with 104 films from 21 countries, plus celebratory parties, panel discussions, artist conversations, and award ceremonies. Those being honored this year include Oscar®-nominated and Emmy®-winning cinematographer Buddy Squires and celebrated Rochester-based screenwriter Brock Yates. The festival is celebrating its 10th year.

The 360 | 365 George Eastman House Film Festival is the only contemporary film festival in the world aligned with a major motion picture archive.

New film short in prestigious festival!

Writer/Director Matthew Ehlers’ (Eggwork Productions) latest comedic film short “Old Timey Steroids” has been chosen as an Official Selection for the 360 | 365 George Eastman House Film Festival, April 27 – May 2. The festival received a record number of entries this year and have chosen the film to screen as part of the Adult Shorts Program. Marc co-stars in the short as a nineteenth century creator of the “old timey steroid” product. Congratulations Matt!

New film short premieres

Eggwork Films premieres director Matthew Ehler’s newest comedic short, “Old Timey Steroids,” in which Marc stars along with Michael Kolden.

You can see the film when Asbury Shorts presents their 30th Anniversary “Short Film Concert”at the historic Little Theatre in Rochester, NY March 12th!
