Marc was voted into the top ten finalists on the acting competition reality show “So You Want to Be a Star!” out of 20 semifinalists from 100 original contestants. The finals shoot in NYC on 12/09/08.

Marc sells Red Rooster

The Australian chicken restaurant chain Red Rooster has selected Marc to appear in a commercial spot to be aired in Australia, shooting in New York City in December.

“Header” gets distribution deal

The feature film HEADER, in which Marc appears in flashback as a doomed prison inmate, has struck a deal to be released onto DVD by Synapse Films.

TVLand has chosen Marc to star as the lead singer/guitarist of a ficticious band in a mockumentary style commercial spot “The Midlifes” for the network, which shoots in September, and airs late September and early October.

Marc has been cast as the lead character’s father in the feature film “Flick’s Chicks,” directed by James Tucker for Savage Roses Productions , shooting in New York City in October.

“Open School Night” in film fest

The Jersey Shore Film Festival has accepted “Open School Night” —in which Marc played the starring role–and the film will be screened Sunday evening July 27th @ 8:30pm & Thursday evening July 31st @ 9:00pm.

Marc finishes in the final four contestants from a pool of more than fifty pre-screened contestants in the acting-competition reality TV show “So You Want to Be an Actor.” The show pits actors against one another with monologues and improvisation, and is judged by experienced industry reps.

Marc on Fox Sports Network

TV APPEARANCE Marc appears on primetime TV, in one of the first episodes of the new, Emmy-nominated TV series “Amazing Sports Stories,” scheduled to air Sunday May 4th at 8 PM EST on Fox Sports Network . The episode is called “Steagles: When Rivals Became Teammates,” about the Pitt-Phil Steagles, the real life 1943 team formed when the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Philadelphia Eagles merged because so many players had gone off to war.

Marc has been cast in the lead role of a substitute teacher with OCD for a new short film “The Substitute,” shooting in NYC in April.
